Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide expert-level support to staff in key technology areas, including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, PKI, Microsoft Networking Infrastructure, and VMware Virtual Infrastructure. This role will serve as the technical lead for a high-priority project, focusing on migrating data from HCA systems to the company’s compute and storage resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and PKI systems.
- Oversee and maintain VMware Virtual Infrastructure running on Dell VXRail, Lenovo, and Azure-based VMs.
- Collaborate with a team of Senior Infrastructure Engineers and System Administrators to execute seamless migrations.
- Provide engineering and administrative expertise for Storage Area Networks (SAN) and solutions like Dell PowerScale and Dell VXRail.
- Serve as a technical leader, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in virtual and physical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience in Engineering/System Administration for Active Directory and VMware environments.
- Strong knowledge of hardware solutions, including Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Dell infrastructure solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Dell PowerScale, Dell VXRail, and Azure-based virtual machines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and engage with senior-level engineers and administrators.
Certifications & Educational Requirements
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA)
