Position Description

We provide a spectrum of IT services to the entire healthcare value chain including producers, purchasers, providers, and payers. We work with our clients from strategy through implementation and provide a road map to operational improvement by automating key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, including clinicians and administrators, to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing healthcare systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop functional specifications for healthcare applications and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and implement electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, trends, and best practices to inform system enhancements.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the healthcare industry, with a focus on active projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and healthcare software (e.g., EHR systems, SQL).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations is a plus.
