Teknita is seeking experienced Instructional Designers to support Epic training integration. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users before go-live and providing hands-on, at-the-elbow support to ensure seamless adoption of the Epic system following go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Epic training tailored to new workflows.
• Conduct in-person training sessions for end users, up to 9 hours per day.
• Provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support for end users during and after go-live, addressing issues, answering questions, and offering real-time assistance for up to 12 hours per day.
• Modify existing Epic training materials to align with new workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure training is comprehensive and addresses user needs.

• Proven ability to quickly adapt Epic training content to meet new workflow requirements.
• Expertise in delivering in-person training sessions and providing real-time support.
• At least two years of experience designing, developing, and delivering Epic training for one or more of the following applications:
• ASAP
• Willow
• Cogito
• Orders
• Clin Doc
• OpTime

• Epic curriculum certification or accreditation in one or more of the following:
• ASAP
• Willow
• Cogito
• Orders
• Clin Doc
• OpTime
• Training Environment Build (preferred)
