Radiant - Epic Application Coordinator

Typical Tasks
- Conduct interviews with end-users and stakeholders to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Support decision-making on configuration options within Epic software.
- Analyze business operations, investigate end-user preferences, and standardize build decisions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Communicate regularly with operational teams, Epic representatives, and county staff through project and team meetings.
- Coordinate meetings to review and address end-user workflow issues.
- Ensure adherence to change management and data migration protocols.
- Oversee interoperability between Epic applications and other supporting systems.
- Design, develop, and execute testing processes, including documentation and facilitation of end-user testing.
- Provide information to instructional designers to support training initiatives.
- Document progress and maintain activity logs according to department procedures.
Required Skills & Abilities
- 3+ years of Epic application build and implementation experience within a health system.
- Certification or accreditation in the Epic Radiant application.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in business analysis and project management.
- Experience in Epic implementations at health systems or hospitals.
- Familiarity with safety net hospitals and their unique challenges.
- Strong ability to lead and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective translation of business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
