The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Active Directory (AD) environment, leading the migration of AD users to new systems, and supporting Microsoft networking infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and security of our organization’s IT infrastructure and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including users, groups, and policies.
  • Lead the migration of Active Directory users from legacy systems to new environments, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices for AD, including user authentication, access controls, and group policies.
  • Support and manage Microsoft networking technologies, including Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
  • Monitor and report on AD and network health and performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to AD configurations, network setups, migration procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AD architecture, group policies, and security principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft networking technologies (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Familiarity with user migration tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
