The Senior Business System Analyst will provide services for Inmate Tracking System (ITS) and Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) Projects.

• • Understand the scope and business requirements for the Inmate Tracking System (ITS) and Inmate Records Information System (IRIS) projects.
  • Ensure the completion of ITS interfaces by collaborating with business analysts and developers to create specifications, design documents, and conduct data compliance reviews.
  • Work with experts to implement multifactor authentication, active directory integration, and single sign-on for the ITS project.
  • Support and complete tasks for the ITS project operational readiness review and user training.
  • Complete scheduled tasks and validate technical requirements for the IRIS project.
  • Develop business analysis documentation for IRIS interfaces, including Healthlink/EPIC and DataWorks.
  • Conduct Spartan device testing with the TSS network support team for the ITS project.
  • Support developers and complete interface testing tasks for the ITS project.
  • Assist business analysts and project team with user acceptance testing.
  • Provide disaster recovery support for the ITS project.
  • Offer support and knowledge transfer for both ITS and IRIS projects to ensure continued operations.

• 2+ years as a senior business system analyst on large-scale projects and daily operational requests.
• Experience in the Public, Safety, and Justice domain.
• Strong business analysis skills, with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Data analysis experience, including proficiency with MSSQL, query building, data validation, Microsoft Excel, and PowerBI.
• Data migration experience.
• Expertise in analyzing and gathering requirements for system integration and data exchanges.
• Knowledge of authentication, active directory integration, and single sign-on.
• Ability to support operational readiness reviews, user training, and validation of technical requirements.
• Experience with business analysis documentation for interfaces like Healthlink/EPIC and DataWorks.

Desired Qualifications:

• Four (4) year college degree in Information Technology or seven (7) years of relevant work experience in the area of business analysis. two of those years must include work experience in the role of a senior business system analyst.

• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC.
